RefundsDue to the nature of the service you are purchasing there are no refunds offered.
Your membership lasts until you cancel the subscription, when you cancel the subscription your membership ends at the end of the subscription duration and access to restricted content will be revoked.
If you wish to end your subscription, it is highly recommended you cancel before the renewal date, you will still have access to restricted content until then and your access will be revoked on the end date of the subscription.
To gain access again you will need to start a new subscription or resubscribe in your Account Area – My Subscriptions: https://indicationracing.com/my-account. Memberships start as soon as payment is made. Payments are automatically taken unless cancelled. It is your responsibility to cancel your own subscription.
If the renewal was accidential and you contact us on the day you were charged, at our discretion, we may be able to provide you with a refund, but there is no guarantee as it depends on the circumstances, discounts & promotions you have been offered.
CancellationsYou can cancel your subscription at any time by logging in and clicking cancel under My Subscriptions: https://indicationracing.com/my-account.
On cancellation of a subscription you will still have access to restricted content for the remaining days left of your subscription, once the subscription is at the end of it’s duration, instead of renewing, your subscription will cancel and your access to restricted content will be revoked.
You can renew a cancelled subscription once it has cancelled by clicking resubscribe on the My Subscriptions page.
Should you subscribe with a free trial promotion, the Admin has the rights to remove you at anytime and upon cancelling your free trial you will be immediately removed.
Restricted AccessWe reserve the right to restrict access to areas of our website, or indeed our whole website, at our discretion. If we provide you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of our website or other content or services, you must ensure that user ID and password is kept confidential. We may disable your user ID and password in our sole discretion without notice or explanation.
